Absolutely. All the staff and services offered through MVIP are certified and accredited to provide fully reputable medical imaging and related services.
Is someone available to discuss services or maintenance?
Yes, our facility is open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. For emergencies outside of normal working hours, a member of our team is always available.
What is the service area for MVIP?
Our in-house facility is located in Pocatello, Idaho. Mobile, staffing, and maintenance services are offered anywhere in the country.
Are financing options available?
No, we currently do not offering financing. However, leasing options are available for short or long term needs. Varying qualities and models of equipment are also available to help meet budget and capability.
Do the hospitals or clinics need to pay for maintenance or repairs?
All our equipment comes with a contractual service agreement. Any hardware or software related issues are covered by Mountain Valley Imaging Partners—including travel to and from your location.
